Our Story
G'day fish keepers!
My name’s Jayden, and our story all started with my father, who first kept fish in his early teens. What began as a couple of tanks soon turned into a lifelong passion, keeping, learning about and breeding fish whenever life allowed. Over the years, his hobby came and went, but the love for it never faded. Eventually, life took him from the Central Coast NSW up to Lismore in the Northern Rivers, where he truly fell in love with breeding fish.
I was still living on the Central Coast at the time, and somewhere along the way I caught the fishkeeping bug too. Ten years later, I made the move north to join Dad, and together we set out to live our dream to breed beautiful, healthy fish and share them with people who love their aquariums as much as we do.
Along the way, we noticed how hard it can be for small breeders to sell their fish. Too often, they’re offered low prices or just store credit for all their hard work. We wanted to be different, we want to be a place where breeders get a fair go, where fish find great homes, and where new hobbyists can learn the right way to care for their aquariums.
