If you're running a large system and want serious flow without a significant jump in running costs, this is the pump we'd point you toward. It's also the same pump paired with our pond canister filter kits, so if you're building out a complete pond filtration setup, this is a natural fit.
Submersible pumps are low maintenance but do need periodic attention. Rinse the pump casing and impeller every few months to prevent debris and calcium build-up, which can reduce flow and put strain on the motor over time. Always disconnect from power before handling. If you notice a drop in output, check the impeller first, it's usually the culprit and is easy to clean or replace.
