A maximum head height of 2.7 metres means it can push water vertically up to 2.7 metres before losing pressure, which covers most standard aquarium and small pond installations comfortably.

As a general rule for aquariums, aim for a pump that turns over your tank volume at least 4 to 10 times per hour depending on your livestock.
