- WXA-102 — 2 x 3.0L/min (180L/H each, 360L/H total), 0.024 MPa pressure, 6W, with adjustable flow control. More output for larger tanks or setups with higher aeration demands.
Both models run quietly with minimal vibration and are built with a durable ABS casing for long-term reliability in both freshwater and marine environments.
We recommend placing the unit above water level and using a check valve to prevent backflow (water coming up through the airline and damaging your air pump).

What's the difference between the WXA-101 and WXA-102?
The WXA-101 is a fixed flow model at 2.0L/min, simple and no fuss. The WXA-102 has adjustable flow control via an electronic rheostat, giving you more control over airflow output. If you're running a sponge filter in a breeding or shrimp tank where you want to dial back the flow, the WXA-102 is the better choice.
Do I need a check valve with this pump?
Yes, we strongly recommend one. If the pump loses power, water can siphon back through the airline and damage the unit. A check valve prevents this and is inexpensive insurance. We stock the Pet Worx Check Valve 12 Pack for exactly this reason.
What can I run with this pump?
Air stones, sponge filters, and decorative ornaments. For running two devices simultaneously, consider the Twin Air Pump instead.
Where should I position the pump?
Above the waterline where possible. This reduces the risk of backflow if power is interrupted. If it must sit below the waterline, a check valve is essential.
